The service just keeps getting worse! I was advised on Friday after my services to pick up the hubcaps on Tuesday. I called Rivertown Toyota to make sure they were in before I drove there and the specialist in parts told me that the Hubcaps are on back order. So again, Tina has provided untruthful service. He even stated that they advised they were on back order when they spoke with him on Friday. Hopefully once he calls me back he has an update that will consist of better news. Shaking my head.
