I am very upset that I had my first service with the Toyota dealership and the Service Department was terrible. First of all, when I received my inspection report - Majority of the report showed not ins Toyota dealership and the Service Department was terrible. First of all, when I received my inspection report - Majority of the report showed not inspected and when I asked the advisor that checked me out why wasn't everything checked? He said that it was express and everything was good and nothing could possibly be wrong with my car since it only had 5000 miles to it. I told him that I wanted to make sure my tires were good because of construction being done around my house and was concern. He said that my tires where checked. Well I still was skeptical and when I checked my status of my tire pressure on my toyota app. It clearly says 37 psi, 36psi, 34 psi, 34psi. If they put air in the tires, the fluctuation of the tire pressure should not be that way. And then they never asked me about where was the key for my wheel locks so I did not even get my tires rotated like they should have for the 1st service. My inspection report clearly showed that my first service on my vehicle was not performed whatsoever since it clearly says not inspected. I feel that this is totally unacceptable and I want to trust Toyota Dealership Service Department to take care of my 2024 Toyota Corolla, but seeing that they did NOT PERFORM THE ACTUAL SERVICE on my vehicle is very disheartening and disappointing. It breaks my heart that the level of customer service is not honored by your service department. Its unfortunate because the sales department is excellent. Antonio Mercer has treated me with the utmost class and professionalism when selling me the car and now that I have to deal with the Service Department. I would expect the same respect and professionalism from them as well, but sadly it was NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER! This makes me NOT TRUST Toyota Service Department to even service my vehicle. How do I know that they will actually service it or feed me bullcrap saying that they did something when clearly my toyota app shows otherwise and the inspection report even shows that they did not!!! I will say that if I had to deal with the Service Department before buying my car, I would have NEVER BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM Rivertown Toyota. More
Had an appointment for an oil change. Needed a tire rotation as well, but the website did not show this as an option. Service rep informed me that my Lugnuts were swollen and needed to be Needed a tire rotation as well, but the website did not show this as an option. Service rep informed me that my Lugnuts were swollen and needed to be replaced, which I thought was not necessary. Did not appreciate the upsell in the range of $200 for every Lugnut. Opted out of the tire rotation and took it to another Garage who rotated the tires with no issue. More
