I arrived at 7:30 am for Appt. Checked in and started to wait. I told them I had to wait at the dealership. I expected a 2 to 3 hour wait. Thankfully, I checked my email at the 2 h Checked in and started to wait. I told them I had to wait at the dealership. I expected a 2 to 3 hour wait. Thankfully, I checked my email at the 2 hour mark. I needed to respond to the services suggested. I did then checked the track your status link provided in email. It indicated service hadn’t started. After another 2 hours the link still said service hadn’t started. i finally decided to go for a walk. Ultimately, when I returned I checked status and it said service started. After 5 hours, I finally asked the guy at the desk if my name had been called since I’d been waiting 5 hours. He sent me to someone else who eventually found my paperwork in I guess the completed folder. He did say your car is ready. He seemed miffed and not pleasant. I’d been the one waiting and didn’t cause a scene. When I reviewed the paperwork in my car, the service had been completed 2.5 hours prior. Usually you get text updates regarding service but that never happened. I understand mistakes can be made but at least don’t treat me like I’m the problem. More
