Took Toyota Tundra Truck in this afternoon @1:15PM to have New Tires and alignment done. They checked me in on time. Dealership has nice customer waiting area. Get back to me when it's supposedly warmer out. My AC is still NOT fixed. It going on a year in March 2024 since this has been an issue for my Rav 4 and Rivertown Toyota as well as the Toyota coll My AC is still NOT fixed. It going on a year in March 2024 since this has been an issue for my Rav 4 and Rivertown Toyota as well as the Toyota collision are scratching their heads. After 5+ visits later. Now we are $3K , a new evap core, newer condenser, and 2 dye packs later it still goes warm in about 4-6 weeks. I pray someone will get the chip off their shoulder soon and start listening to my husband and I soon. This is really sad for us to say we always gave them 5 stars.. But NOT now. We have had several Toyota 's. I may be driving my Rav 4 to North Carolina for my Big brother, a certified Toyota Technician to fix it. Toyota corporate recommended I take it to another Toyota dealership. Soooooo we shall see. This is our 5th visit to fix it once it gets warm.is what I was told this time. Well y'all could have saved me the car sitting all day at the service center AGAIN and I had to call you for the update about 4pm. Rich waited on us and honestly he is now service manager but use to just be a service person. We have been going to this dealership since 2009 when it was Jay Toyota and I pretty much avoided Rich after him waiting on us once. He may not be the best choice for that position and that's coming from 2 people who both have 40+ years experience in medical retail management as well as dealing with customers in customer service. We both work for very large entities. He doesn't listen to the customers and cut us off twice. Treating us to be possibly, nuisances, imagining the AC goes warm, and Crazy minds.We have done some digging and research on the issue and would appreciate someone taking the chip off their shoulders because the info is coming from a well educated mechanic. An old school certified Toyota Technician. I am willing to PAY for whatever our car needs and that is obvious we are several thousand into this. I just don't want to go through another Georgia summer like last year and all Rivertown Toyota as AS WELL AS Rivertown Toyota Collision just recharge my system for the gazillionth time. You see this started with the Collision team when I had NON deployed airbag bumper bender. After 2 dye packs someone may need to do some work and listen the customer. I only hope they get the chip off before the dealership closes due to NO customers. Seeing they only have 2 stars when you Google them. I'd even entertain a new car trade at this point. SERIOUSLY! But this issue would be plopped on someone buying our 2014 Rav 4 with only Kook miles on it. Ridiculous. You know who I am and feel free to call me if you wish to talk. But so far Tray has been the only one that was nice to us. To bad he wasn't there the other day. More

When I checked in the customer service representative sent an email. I checked in at 9 I checked to see what my status was at 11. It stated it was checked in and that is it.
