What Rivertown could have done better was honor the agreement of my Jeep Gladiator trade-in of $32,800 that we made in December of 2024. They were obviously making false promises to get me out the door for a car that was arriving later. It’s funny how a month later in January 2025, Reyes would only give me $27,000 for it. He's also a clown so maybe trade him out for someone more intelligent and down to earth. The smell of coins was oozing out of his pores. I have an 807 credit score and Reyes tried to convince me to take his 7.79% over my 5.54% because he was offering a $500 rebate. He said you can refinance to your loan later and make it out on top with the extra $500 from Rivertown. Again, he's a clown 🤡, calm down Scrooge McDuck. If it wasn’t for my disdain for the Jeep brand, I would have walked. My next Toyota purchase won’t be with Rivertown and most definitely won’t be with Reyes. There’s a reason they had not one, but two finance employees leave for better employment just days apart. More

Todays vehicle service went off without a hitch. This trip to have my truck serviced left me very disappointed. I can to have my oil changed and get the tread checked on my tires. I arrived for my appointment at 9 am to see that they were overbooked. When the worker finally came to check me in he saw that part of the appointment was getting the tread checked on my tires. After only a quick glance at one of my tires he immediately tried to sell me that my tires needed to be replaced (they are not that worn). 15 minutes later he gave me a quota for how much it would cost to replace my tires. Whether it was intentional or not the perception was that he was going to convince me to replace my tires whether I needed to or not to make a sale. I then had to wait three hours for an oil change. Overall I felt today was a waste of my time and money. This was the first time I left a Toyota dealership feeling like I was getting scammed More
