I recently purchased a used Lexus from Rivertown Toyota. It was site unseen. I guess I had more faith in what I assumed was a reputable dealership selling a vehicle at a $40,000 plus price point. The car I It was site unseen. I guess I had more faith in what I assumed was a reputable dealership selling a vehicle at a $40,000 plus price point. The car I received had three separate chips in the windshield a screw in the tire and what I thought was road tar but apparently was paint peppered over the front And rear driver side doors. Extremely disappointed with everything but the sales associate who is a professional by the name of Jonah which is the only reason for any stars. I’m just shocked that a GM and detail department would send out a vehicle in that condition with their name on it. Lesson learned. More
