So this is how petty this dealership is. They reached out to me to buy a car I had listed on FB. Sent them all the info and after pulling a carfax they made me a cash offer. After a couple days I reached back out to see if I could get more for my vehicle if I were to trade it as we all know they can show you more for a trade based on the markup they have in their own vehicle. Not at Rivertown Subaru. They offered me less. No problem right, simply walk away. A week later one of their salesman (Teron) then gave me a 1 star rating on my Facebook commerce account stating “vehicle has been in an accident and did not disclose”. Not only is this a lie it doesn’t even make sense. Any dealer out there is going to pull a Carfax to verify the vehicle condition so you’d have to be a fool to tell them it hadn’t. It never even came up in our conversation as I simply supplied the VIN so they could verify condition. To say anything different is not only dishonest but slanderous. But that’s exactly what you get with this dealership. To say I’d highly NOT recommend them would be an understatement More

Worth leaving my feedback in my case! My appointment was at 11am and got the car back 3:30pm early this week with my service request of TPMS unfixed while their digging out and present My appointment was at 11am and got the car back 3:30pm early this week with my service request of TPMS unfixed while their digging out and presenting additional services list for me to select from. Yes it is good to diagnose and recommend the needful…but the service priority is what I requested in the first place…… Doubt the services I requested should have taken 4+ hours, Oil change, the Drive belt replacement and the air filter yet the TPMS dropped off as it would take another one hour…. Guess you would add another labor cost when I revisit to fix the TPMS later. Perhaps lacking techs or queue of services taking longer on the day…but then should not slip the service schedule in. Complained it took too long four hours and got replied what they could do? As a customer, Should I interpret it this is what it is…take it? Or have to give my answer….close your service business? More
