Good experience today with Amber at the helm. Glad I bought an extended warranty when I bought my Subaru Certified used vehicle. It came in handy with 4k miles to go on the warranty, my ball bear Glad I bought an extended warranty when I bought my Subaru Certified used vehicle. It came in handy with 4k miles to go on the warranty, my ball bearings need replacing. With warranty will pay $100, without would've been about $1800. Overall, pleasant service experience. More
I made an appointment on Thursday and took my car in Friday. To be honest I had not taken my car to this dealer for about 2-3 services due to a bad experience about a year ago, but wanted the dealer to Friday. To be honest I had not taken my car to this dealer for about 2-3 services due to a bad experience about a year ago, but wanted the dealer to do the recommended service work this time. I was met by Amber, who was very nice and pleasant to deal with. During service I spent approximately 3 hours as my car needed a fair amount of work done (84k service), but there was television and free WiFi, plus I had my book. Amber came and showed me an issue with my brakes which the mechanic had texted me a video of what he saw. I think this is a great new feature and I was able to have the work done the same day and prevent a great cost/safety issue in the future. Overall a great service experience and I will be back! More

I drove 1. 5 hrs to have my oil changed here. All seemed fine till after the service was performed. Ronnie required me to sign a paper which said they could use 5 hrs to have my oil changed here. All seemed fine till after the service was performed. Ronnie required me to sign a paper which said they could use my information for advertising, but it also said I was not required to sign. I pointed this out to him and he said it was required for the warranty. There is another place on the form for a customer signature, so I asked if I was supposed to sign in another spot. He said, no and we're not going to send you advertisements. Its required for the warranty. I knew that was a lie, because they had already been sending me advertisements and it said I didn't have to sign. It just makes me wonder, if they will lie about something that small, what else are they lying about? More
