They sold me a 2020 Dodge Journey with less than 28k miles. Immediately started having issues with it. Come to find out it needed a new engine. They were in complete denial and completely unconcerned with my situation. Absolutely no communication on their part whatsoever. I bought the car April 17th, it was in and out of the shop no less than five times. I brought it back in on June 4th and then had that car for all of June, all of July and part of August. Didn’t hear one word from them. Final I was able to get another car, however a lot older and with 100k more miles. They screwed me around and in the end I did get screwed. I wouldn’t trust them to sell me a stick of gum, let alone a car. More
