I purchased a vehicle from Rivertown Subaru in late December. They collected the taxes for the vehicle and were supposed to send a check for the taxes to be used when registering the vehicle. They took well over a month to send the title and check for registration. Once I took a day off work and went to the tag office the employee there noticed that the check was made out to the wrong county. I was able to get the sales person on the phone and he told me I could pay for it myself and they would send me a reimbursement check or wait on them to send another check. I decided to pay for then since I had already taken a day off work. I followed the instructions given and returned the check and a copy of my registration. For two week I attempted to get someone on the phone and left several messages and only had one call returned by someone who wasn't even aware that this was happening. Over two weeks later I received a check in the mail that was for less than the amount of the first check and less than what I paid, with no explanation as to why. Going on three weeks now I still don't have the reimbursement of the taxes that I have now paid twice. Everybody makes mistakes and that doesn't bother me. It is how they have acted, or not acted, to fix their mistake that is unacceptable. Bottom line: if you don't care about how you will be treated after you purchase a vehicle then shop here. Otherwise I would spend my money elsewhere. More

They have more patience than I deserve. Real great people. I had a TPMS issue. It took a little more time to register properly because of the rapid changes in the weather. My salesman was great (Mark), HOWEVER, the person that kept us at Rivertown was QUINTON!! Quinton road with us for our FIRST EVER "SUBARU" Test Drive, and Quinton was the BEST because we had Never had our kept us at Rivertown was QUINTON!! Quinton road with us for our FIRST EVER "SUBARU" Test Drive, and Quinton was the BEST because we had Never had our own Vehicle Knowledge Expert!!....BOTH Mark and Quinton did a SUPERNAL JOB!!!! More
