I was disappointed by the service that I received at Rivertown Subaru.( or should I say lack of service). After I was forced to transfer my car for repairs , I received immediate updates which I didn't get from Rivertown. 26 days nothin!!!. I went 26 days without a car except for the rental. It took me less time to purchase the car than to get answers about my car.
