Worth the Longer Drive I have leased two previous Hondas from another dealership who provided me with good service during those 6 years. However, when I decided to purchase I have leased two previous Hondas from another dealership who provided me with good service during those 6 years. However, when I decided to purchase rather than lease again, I did some comparison shopping and found I liked the way Rivertown Honda conducted business with me. I received the clear, straightforward figures and information with no pressure to buy or those figures would soon change. We communicated mostly through e-mail which allowed me to think things through without the pressure of being on the lot. I didn't receive unwanted follow-up phone calls. Alex Gaines was my salesperson and I appreciated his clear and concise answers to my inquiries. He was a pleasure to deal with, efficient from the beginning to purchase day of my new Honda CRV. I made the comment to him that he had really listened to me throughout the process. His response, "I find people like that". Hmmmm, we could all use a lot more of that practice. I felt he took a personal interest in my purchase and in going the extra mile to make me a happy customer. In the end, I will have to drive further to this dealership but my positive experience makes it worth it! More

I had just seen a commercial earlier that week for the Honda HR-v, checked it out online. It looked like something I'd like so we drove over to the dealership to see one or two on the lot. Well thats all they had , 2! We went out on a Saturday to test drive 3 cars. After finding out the Mazda 3 - 5door was not a all wheel drive, we drove the Honda HR-v. I really liked how the seats fit me (I'm 5' 3''), liked the steering wheel, the engine was peppy,...then we went to drive the Subaru crosstrek, which I was sure I loved! Although the engine was fastern,the ride was not what I thought it would be, radio was complicated to tune, and overall wasn't that much fun to drive even with the 2.0L engine. We returned to Honda, took the HR-v out again and decided that was throne. The biggest selling points were the 'magic seats' and the right turn signal camera that you can check to change lanes or make sure you are not running a cyclist or a mom with kids down. More
