Incorrect. I was NOT NOTIFIED that my wife’s Explorer was not ready Tuesday evening. I had to call my sales representative who checked on it for me and found it was ready… apparently after the shop was closed. I went to your dealership and dropped m F150 off Tuesday EVENING to be serviced Wednesday morning. I then drove my wife’s Explorer home and came back Wednesday mid- morning and got my truck. I had NO PROBLEM whatsoever with my truck or the schedule. I just had some issues come to get the EXPLORER Tuesday evening. Lance Hartman
