The experience was a good one; I wanted a car and I got one. My agent was very helpful and informative. One thing that did stick out happened when I went to test drive the vehicle. I arrived before my ag one. My agent was very helpful and informative. One thing that did stick out happened when I went to test drive the vehicle. I arrived before my agent, and waited in the lobby area. I saw multiple personnel walk by a few times, look my direction, went out for a smoke break, get snacks, and some checked the score of the baseball game on the TV. For well over 30 minutes, no one spoke to me, inquired about why I was there, or if I needed assistance. In short, I did not feel completely comfortable or welcomed in the dealership. My agent was very helpful and supportive, but it seemed like I was invisible to the other representatives. More
