Bought a 70K F-350 and dealship will not even call me back. I bought a $70K F-350 in June 2019. It was to have a block heater installed and they did not do it. I was charged over $200.00 for a power brake which I bought a $70K F-350 in June 2019. It was to have a block heater installed and they did not do it. I was charged over $200.00 for a power brake which was is a part of the tow package instead of the block heater. This is documentation of the error made. The dealership will not return calls or address the problem. I have left 2 messages with the General Manager and 1 with the salesman. When I spoke with the Sales Manager he was to have the Salesman call and that never happened either. I do not live in GA. I am not asking for money back on the brake I just need the block heater installed due to I live in CO. This was not a 20K car. People show their true character when things go wrong. No return call or any attempt to address this error shows great weakness and very poor character. I have been trying to correct this for a several months and absolutely no response. I expected more for such a large purchase and will not recommend this dealership. Integrity & service does not get much worse than no contact. More

Purchased a 2019 f150 STX on Dec 04. Sales price on their website stated 30,649 (have photos of the website). Was told that price was before items were added to the vehicle (salesman was very smooth wi their website stated 30,649 (have photos of the website). I do say, I should of slowed the process down to better understand the breakdown in cost but they were eager for me to "seal the deal". After looking at my paperwork, i noticed the starting sales price was 38,000! They completely ignored the sales price advertised and tried to cover it up by saying there were added features, when in fact, it was originally part of the advertised sell price. This is called " Bait and Switch " which i do believe is unlawful in Ga. I've tried contacting the sales manager but have yet to return my call. Be very careful when going to this dealership. Asked for loaner car, was told they would call Enterprise rent a car and call me when one was available. Have been waiting 3 days!!! Do not use this dealership for any reason. More

If someone would have contacted me before i show up i wouldnt be so upset! Nobody wanted to offer a solution it just was what it was. This wont be the only place i post this. Took my 2017 Explorer in for jerking at low speeds. I took my 2017 Explorer in for jerking at low speeds more than once was always told they could not duplicate it. Long story short 1 year later it jerked so hard it felt like someone had hit the vehicle in rear. Next day it starting leaking red fluid and smoking. Left it there on a Sunday, They had to order part, asked for loaner was told none available and I could come get my car as it was driveable, with leaking fluid from motor mount. Service advisor would not return my calls or texts. Picked my vehicle up on Thursday, Friday it's jerking again and now making a clunking sound a low speeds, they fixed only what was leaking. They did not care, my vehicle has 28900 miles on it, been complaining long before that mileage, I'm done with them, going to another dealer to see if they can find the problem. Also left message for general manager Brad Williams, no one ever called me. If I could give them a zero I would, N More
