I admit, I was a disgruntled customer but Donnie and Kenny at Rivertown Ford went beyond the customer satisfaction code and greatly took care of my needs. I waited for a couple of months for a recall part to come in for my car which greatly inconvenienced me, I was livid because I was paying for a car that I couldn't drive. Although my attitude was salty, I was met with nothing but love and reassurance, even a Free oil change and tire rotation, because customer satisfaction is their priority and they stood by their motto.
