I need to get this off my chest. .. I've have dealt with many car dealerships over the years (Audi, BMW, Infiniti, Genesis, and others), and this was hands down the absolute best buyi .. I've have dealt with many car dealerships over the years (Audi, BMW, Infiniti, Genesis, and others), and this was hands down the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Wanda and she is a large part of why this experience was so great. I live 4-1/2 hours away and didn't have time for the typical "car buying games". I needed honest and straightforward answers that were to the precise and to the point. Wanda did just that. Anytime I called, she answered or called me back pretty quickly. She was clear and transparent 100% of the time. She took the time to answer my questions, took extra pictures, and even a video for me. The day I came to get the car, there were NO surprises at all! Everything was just as Wanda said it would be. They honored everything we had discussed over the phone and via text. But wait... There is more! Here's the icing on top of the cake... the night before I drove to the dealership, the online price for the car dropped an additional $500. I casually mentioned it when I got there expecting some kind of pushback because we had already agreed on a price, they had done the paperwork, and I already put a deposit on the vehicle. Despite all that, the dealership actually rewrote the agreement and gave me the $500 discount with no hassle or pushback! AMAZING! I have absolutely no reservations recommending this dealership (ask for Wanda 😁) to anybody that is looking for a new or used vehile! More

I was 6 hours from home when I began to loose coolant from my coolant reservoir. Since I was towing a trailer I dropped it and went to Rivertown Ford. They gave me prompt attention but not the kind I wa from my coolant reservoir. Since I was towing a trailer I dropped it and went to Rivertown Ford. They gave me prompt attention but not the kind I was hoping for. They told me I needed a turbo and a new coolant recovery tank. The cost was over $3100. I left the next morning with my trailer in the predawn hours only to discover that my truck was still experiencing the same issues. It turned out to be the coolant cap. Rivertown took care of the repair and service for the additional issue. More
