I have called and talked with a manager. It didn't go anywhere. I wish I could send pictures I took of under the oil pan. This is why I don't believe it was the valve cover gasket leaking. I also looked under the hood and didn't see any leaking oil. I just think a price should have been discussed with my parents before work was done. They are in there 80's and River town has always done service on the cars. Also they have only bought ford there whole life and on a fixed income. Very disappointed with River town. Mark Tillery
