Service dept was was courteous. Vehicle was in and out for oil change in around 35 minutes. Speed of light compared to other oil change locations I've been to. I wanted to write a good review but I also wanted to be very honesty. I purchased a Range Rover from Rivertown Ford. I was looking for one and Rivertown happen to have one in. It was a trade in. I do un very honesty. I purchased a Range Rover from Rivertown Ford. I was looking for one and Rivertown happen to have one in. It was a trade in. I do understand what comes with some trade-in. I drove down to test this vehicle and I notice a sound seems to be coming from the breaks but wasn't sure. The salesman and one of the Finance Manager told me that they do inspection on ALL of their vehicles. I'm not really sure about that. One of the managers did agree to pick up the truck and get the repairs done. I'm serious when I tell you this!! When I got the truck back it was even WORST from the first time. It was literally so bad my husband blood pressure went through the roof. We just don't know what to do at this point. Even the delivery driver that delivered the truck back to us look at me and said this truck only has good air conditioner. I hope and pray that other customers have a better experience than I did but this have really been the WORST car buying experience in my entire life. I'm just so surprise at Ford. My husband has a 2018 Ford Dually and we NEVER experience anything like this with any Ford dealership. I truly wanted this to be a good buying experience. My husband is in a saddle club and two of his friends looking to purchase to new Ford trucks but I just couldn't recommend because of my experience. Thanks More
