Faulty blend door actuator replaced - upon delivery inspection, informatainment system failed to initialize, air bag warning light was on, greasy finger prints on lower dash panel. Working with the ign inspection, informatainment system failed to initialize, air bag warning light was on, greasy finger prints on lower dash panel. Working with the ignition off and on cleared the infotainment issue but not the air bag warning light. Refused delivery. Ask the service writer to fix the air bag issue, most likely the tech failed to reconnect it, and to clean the dash. When I returned he said it fact the tech did fail to reconnect an air bag connector and they did clean the dash panel. All.of these issues should have been taken care of prior to releasing the vehicle. I asked the service writer if the techs use a post-service checklist and he said they do but it wasn't followed. He said he would notify the service manager. More
