My experience with this dealership was very unsatisfactory. They took 2 months to repair my vehicle, when it should have taken a week at the most. This location only has 1 diesel mechanic. The communication with the service representative was horrible. He was never available and would never call you back. So I had to constantly leave messages then he would respond via a text. During the 2 months of waiting, not once were they concerned about my inconvenience. I was without my work truck during that time and had to find other means to make a living. They never offered a loaner or rental vehicle. For some reason their computer systems were not in sync with other ford dealerships in Atlanta, so for days I had to call to get the other dealership to get information to RIVERTOWN Ford. The pricing kept changing as they worked on the vehicle. My vehicle is a 2018 ford f350 dually, with 80,000 miles on it and they told me that the fuel pump and all of the fuel lines had to be replaced. The fact that fuel lines have to be replaced after only 5 years and only 80,000 miles is absolutely absurd! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership.
