Service department- texts with repairs is ok but it is helpful to speak to a mechanic for a full understanding. Difficult to get relevant information and they are quick to charge $90 with little context. More

Replacing my warranty battery was a hassle. I had to have truck towed in because the Ford dealership wouldn’t allow me to bring in bad battery. Said it was policy, maybe should be revised. More
