Mr. Tom in service and Miss Mackenzie were both helpful and very friendly. However, I was not expecting a bill that totaled over $400 for just a key for my 2023 F-150. Also the waiting area was okay but employees refused to change the TV Chanel even though I was the only one in the room and just wanted the news instead of HGTV. More
