Overall a good experience. I gave them 5 stars, as routine maintenance and a recall item we addressed successfully. However they were unable to turn off the seat belt audio alter chime. The users manual describes the steps to disable the audio chime however the steps did not work. I tried the steps myself and also unable to turn off the audio alert. Not sure how to address this further, but I will contact Ford directly on this topic. Why put steps to change a setting in the manual that do not work as described? More

Clean, neat, plenty of places to wait. Efficient check in procedure. Contact information given to stay updated during the service. This service was recall work. In addition we had an issues with the sensor system mounted on the front bumper. At some point the bumper was hit, but not enough to notice....like some one backing and tapped it. No visible damage, but eventually started getting messages that needed clearing. Terrible design. Shame on Ford, and all other makes. The sensor features are NOT worth the money that repair will cost. Looking for a disbursement car with better design or none of those features. We do not like so many unnecessary so called advanced features. More
