I was advised that because I brought my vehicle in for a oil change one day that took 4 hours and did a review that was sent to my email the service manager would “make it right” by a free diagnostic. I end up being told the day I brought it in there was no issues. I come back in because I was still having issues and then proceeded to tell me 4 error codes came up. I end up paying for a diagnostic exam that I shouldn’t had paid due to being told it would be taken care of as part of making it right. More
