I understand this. I was very patient, as I knew this was out of their control. What frustrated me though, was a lack of communication. I would send text messages and not get replies. When I called the dealership, I did get updates on my car. That's understandable, I didn't expect them to call me but I would have appreciated text. One thing that truly frustrated me was I asked three times about a loaner car. I was told that the person would check with management and get back with me but they never did. I must say my car ran like a top when I finally got it back. More
