Overall a good experience. I gave them 5 stars, as routine maintenance and a recall item we addressed successfully. However they were unable to turn off the seat belt audio a I gave them 5 stars, as routine maintenance and a recall item we addressed successfully. However they were unable to turn off the seat belt audio alter chime. The users manual describes the steps to disable the audio chime however the steps did not work. I tried the steps myself and also unable to turn off the audio alert. Not sure how to address this further, but I will contact Ford directly on this topic. Why put steps to change a setting in the manual that do not work as described? More
