Very Unorganized - Horrible at Communicating We leased a 2016 Silverado from them a few years ago. We've had various recall items to do on this truck, we'd call and make appointments and they wou We leased a 2016 Silverado from them a few years ago. We've had various recall items to do on this truck, we'd call and make appointments and they wouldn't even look at our vehicle that day. What is the point of an appointment? I'd have family come pick me up and I'd be waiting for 5 hours for word on what is broken or if it's repaired. They'd never call. I'd have to call them and ask what repairs need to be made. They'd tell me, "We couldn't get to it today." So 6 hours later they'd tell me I could come get a loaner vehicle. This happened more than once. After we leased we decided to purchase. My phonecall to them consisted of, "Oh just come in you'lll sign a couple things and you'll be done" I had to go in for 3 days in a row, bringing more stuff because they didn't tell me ANYTHING that I needed to do. On Halloween night we sat there for 3 hours while they "finalized". It wouldn't bug me as much if they just COMMUNICATED what's going down. I think I was there for 6 hours total, when their only communication was "Just come in and sign a couple things, it will be real quick." Today, with a scheduled appointment, I dropped my vehicle off for a repair it's been 2 hours and I haven't heard anything from them. I just called and they said, "That will be $100 copay." I said, "What's wrong with it?" Then they told me what repair I needed. They said it will be done tomorrow afternoon. I don't want to go get a loaner because I can't stand going there anymore then required. As soon as our warranty is up we will not be taking our vehicle there. Oh there's also one lady in service who is SO mean. Everytime I interact with her I feel upset. My husband has said the same thing. I don't usually work with her thank goodness. More
