My salesperson Juan, made sure I was taken care of and made sure I got the best deal for my situation. They gave me options, worked with me, and at the end drove away with the car I wanted in the color I wanted. If you are in the market for a new car, Riverside Mazda is the place to go! This is my third car purchase. They were willing to help and I left behind a terrible deal with my pre-owed 2015 Nissan Sentra. Let me add that they did not have the car I wanted in the color I wanted in stock, so they really went out of their way to get it for me and help me out! :) I am SOOOOO happy with my new 2017 Mazda 3 Sport !!!!!!! I drove off confident and beyond satisfied with my purchase thanks to Juan and Nick and everyone else who helped at Riverside Mazda! More

Stay away I entered the dealership with an appointment as I was a Costco member. I was met by a sales person who followed me to the reception desk. I asked fo I entered the dealership with an appointment as I was a Costco member. I was met by a sales person who followed me to the reception desk. I asked for the Costco rep by name and stated I had an appointment. The salesperson called the Costco rep (Kevin) to let him know I was there (the receptionist was occupied). I was then handed off to the sales manager “Maj” and told he would be handling my Costco purchase. The original car I came to purchase had been sold shortly before my appointment and I was taken to a very similar car. I test drove it and was on board with the purchase. Even though I had my own financing, I was told I had to give my DL info, SS#, etc. as it was policy– still waiting on price. When I got to the finance office, the price information I was given was different than what I thought we had agreed to. I figured that this was a misunderstanding on my part, and I would not complete the sale. Maj said not to worry, he had other vehicles that were similar that would work with my budget. I was taken to a white CX-5. I asked what the difference between the cars was and was told that besides the seat package (electric & heated seats) it was the same. I specifically asked if the vehicle had the lane assist & blind spot warning. This was important, as it was the deciding factor for choosing Mazda. I was told it did absolutely have the safety feature and was directed to look closely at the side mirrors (as the only way to demonstrate the feature would be to put the car in a position for the feature to come on, which wouldn’t be safe). I took the SALES MANAGER at his word as the vehicle did not have a sticker, and purchased the car based on the information provided by the sales manager. Well, come to find out, the vehicle has NONE of the features the first car had, AND NO SAFETY beyond the basic. Additionally, Costco auto informed me that they were to show me the invoice which would include all features, and the pricing sheet for the vehicle. This DID NOT HAPPEN. There are other concerns and issues but the above information should be enough to explain how the dealership operates. More

The last honest dealership!! After being let down by several local dealerships promises for price, monthly payment, and car availability, Riverside Mazda was amazing to work with! I spoke via telephone on several occasions with Ricardo. Although I live 45 miles away, the drive was worth the extra time because every verbal promise was kept! Ryan stepped in and worked with the financing aspect and he backed up all the financial promises. Two great, personable gentlemen who understand the meaning of keeping your word!
