Loyal Mazda Customer The process of buying a car is not something I personally enjoy but it went as well as could be expected. We test drove a Mazda CX 5 Sport a couple we The process of buying a car is not something I personally enjoy but it went as well as could be expected. We test drove a Mazda CX 5 Sport a couple weeks ago with Isaiah but weren't ready to commit to a car yet since we wanted to do more research on tier levels. However, Isaiah was very pleasant to work with and was incredibly personable so I kept his card and wanted to go back when we were ready to give him our business. We did eventually go back this past weekend and were ready to purchase the CX 5 Touring with the preferred package. The negotiation is never a fun part of the process and the only reason I did not give this location 5 stars is because another sales manager named Ricardo came out during the process with Isaiah and immediately put me off. He didn't seem personable at all and did not seem to want to negotiate at all. He actually seemed bothered by the whole process and a bit aggressive in how he spoke to us. It almost sounded like he was speaking down to us and annoyed that we were challenging the extra charges they were trying to get us to pay for. Ricardo eventually went back to his office and we were left talking to Isaiah. We told him what we were comfortable paying and we eventually got the deal made and were able to leave happy. I've had a Mazda for 12 years and naturally wanted to stick with Mazda and honestly glad I did. However, I felt that better customer service could be had when speaking to customers about pricing. I understand it's a business but you don't need to be aggressive about either. Thanks Isaiah for all your wonderful help! More
