I had looked around other dealers to get quotes on a CX-5 Touring and got a really good quote from another dealer and when I called this one they said it was no problem they could beat it, however when we go Touring and got a really good quote from another dealer and when I called this one they said it was no problem they could beat it, however when we got there they did not have the same car we were looking for (color, features, upgrades) so I got really upset. Luckily they were more than willing to do anything they could to make it up for me. I ended up leaving with a better car, all the upgrades I wanted plus some extras, with only little difference in the price. I must say I am extremely happy with my purchase. Matt was very helpful in explaining everything to us, and the new features of my car. Only downside is that they always send a different rep towards the end when you're deciding and he was kinda pushy, but I can't recall his name. More
