2018 Genesis Customer responded

Riverside Hyundai replied to my review and said that they wanted to discuss my issue. I immediately provided them with my email and phone number. I have gotten no call, no message, and no email. It's been 3 days. They do a good job appearing to care, not such a good job addressing real issues.
