When I told the problem with my car to Scott (who is one of the best advisors there) he immediately made an appointment for me at 7:00 am the next day Saturday with Luis Serrano since he was going to be off until the following Tuesday. I came to the dealer a little before 7:00am … Luis didn’t take me in until around 9:00 which is understandable… I sat there for hours and hours until passed 3:00 pm (more than 8 hrs wait) until I got notice what was going on with the car. Luis said it should be done by Monday… I had to call on Monday around 4:00pm since I didn’t know what happened, he said not going to be ready until Tuesday… Tuesday came and no notice again .. t remember Scott told me he was going to be back so I called him and he immediately check out and called me back and told me the car was going to be ready the following day, I had always take my car to your Honda service and I had never experienced this type of poor customer service. When I was about to leave I walked to my car to get my keys and of course Scott was there to apologize for something he didn’t do. But was nice of him.

Not the dealer but the service advisor Luis Serrano did not provide me with good service. I have Scott for years and he provides excellent services (Scott off but make the appt for me with Luis) More
