After purchase Service Dept is what is important. Erwin Stein has been our Service Rep for 21 years and goes above and beyond. When we had a mechanical issue out of town at the beginning of the New Year weekend and had to be towed to another Honda dealership, I reached out to Erwin and he advised what I needed to do. I also learned he contacted that dealership on our behalf and we were treated well there when we arrived. We have never experienced the level of professional and personal service at any other Service Dept. that we experience at Honda of Riverside. More

Ive serviced two Odyssey’s and a Civic since 2007. Their service department is top notch.
