It took three visits which I had to take time off work for. The first visit, a new visor was ordered. The second visit, the visor was installed. The third visit was to correct an installation error. Maria acknowledged the error (she did not try to cover it up), expressed her understanding of my inconvenience and accommodated. I will continue to service my Pilot there knowing Maria is there to help. My only critic with the overall experience is that the wait time needs improvement. More

This dealer is the one I go for my Honda since I’ve gotten it almost 4 years ago. I’ve gone for nothing but oil changes and this last time I went to get my ac fixed.
