Paul from the service department was phenomenal from start to finish. Went ahead and addressed my concerns with pricing regarding my maintenance minder notification as well as the pricing it would cost start to finish. He also explained in detail when I questioned why it required a certain servicing at such a low mileage, and I must say I do notice the difference immediately as he stated I would. This has only been my 2nd time at Riverside Honda but I must say the have my business for servicing my vehicle and will definitely be shopping in the future for another Honda when the time comes. My wife and I went to Riverside Honda today with an internet offer from them on leasing a 2020 Honda Accord LX and a 2020 Honda Civic LX. What they offered seemed like a good deal. I was in contact with one of their Internet Managers by email. I wanted to make sure that they were going to "honor" their offer if I drove to their location ( 50+ miles from me). Well, it was as I suspected, they would not honor the numbers that were sent to me when I got there. They had a number of reasons why they could not and/or would not honor their offer to me. I was very upset. It is my intention to contact Honda of America and let them know of my experience at Riverside Honda dealership. This type of business practice is despicable. More
