I actually wouldn’t of given even a star! The worst Honda dealership that we have gone too! I made an appointment at 7:20 am and no calls or updates until I called. Paul from the service department was phenomenal from start to finish. Went ahead and addressed my concerns with pricing regarding my maintenance minder notification as well as the pricing it would cost start to finish. He also explained in detail when I questioned why it required a certain servicing at such a low mileage, and I must say I do notice the difference immediately as he stated I would. This has only been my 2nd time at Riverside Honda but I must say the have my business for servicing my vehicle and will definitely be shopping in the future for another Honda when the time comes.
