I purchased my vehicle from Riverside Ford and am constantly attempting to give them my business for repair and service needs. Today was the final straw. I made an appointment last week to have my vehicle picked up, a service they are constantly bombarding my mailbox with, and no one showed up. I called 45 minutes after my vehicle was supposed to be picked up and finally reached a service advisor. They then changed my appointment time to 11:30 but still had no one on their way to pick up my vehicle at 11:15 because they do not have someone who can drive a manual transmission! I am supposed to turn over my 480hp Mustang to people who cannot drive it? I only attempted to use this service after I sat in their waiting room for over 4 hours last time I had an appointment for service because they "could not find my lug not lock" that was in my glove box like I told them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The excuses and mismanagement never ends! More
For the record, buying experience was phenominal, met every need. Unfortunately, that was the end of my positive experience with Riverside Ford, specifically the Service Department. In the less than a every need. Unfortunately, that was the end of my positive experience with Riverside Ford, specifically the Service Department. In the less than a year I've had my 2023 F150, spending around $60K for this pickup including the extended warranty, each time I have sought the most basic service for the pickup, such as the prepaid maintenance, I had the appointment cancelled day of. My job requires planning, so that was strike one. Upon rescheduling the service, the scheduled appointment took nearly 3 hours, for a basic oil and filter change, and point inspection, Strike 2. Finally, and why I would not recommend this Dealership, I have a warranty issue with my Driver Side Windshield, as in it doesn't work, the mechanism doesn't turn on. With recall issues with this very item, I assumed that, but no recall shows. Nonetheless, I scheduled serviice, received a call that it could be possibly done with the Mobile Serivce, told they would call me back, never did, so lost appointment. I scheduled service again for the issue, brought it in, was told they would need the truck for up to 4 days JUST FOR DIAGNOSTICS, I was pretty shocked at that, but more shocking was not even an offer of a courtesy vehicle. I understand this practice has been culled in the last few years, but to spend over $60K on a brand new vehicle to be told "it's first come, first serve" and not be offered a loaner due to their capacity to service vehicles they sell, well that is what did me in. Can I afford a rental, sure, but I also could afford this truck and that included a warranty, I could understand almost if it was a different dealership than where I purchased (Ford still should address this), or even if it was service for a pre - owned, but neither are the case. I'm hoping I can find another Dealership in my area willing to care about the Customer Experience, as in post purchase customer. Apologies for the lenghty review, I rarely do these things, but I'm pretty irritated, I stand up for my Ford against all the jokes, as they have been by far the most reliable vehicles, on my 4th, but this disregard for customers by the Service Department really needs to be addressed. They did not fix what it was taken in for, check engine light. Apparently the previous repairs they did not do otherwise it wouldn't have been back and they had to repair them again, costing additional mo light. Apparently the previous repairs they did not do otherwise it wouldn't have been back and they had to repair them again, costing additional money. Then lent a loaner vehicle, which it went home and back and 1 doctor appointment, they now say they truck is damaged, it wasn't, matter of fact, it had trash inside when they lent it! They are super shady, it wasn't this way 3 years ago. The new leadership or something is very unethical. Do not use these guys for service, its bad and unacceptable. More

They are aware of transmission proble of today 5/21/24. Not 1 time have they called me to give me any up dates I have had to be the one to call them. They are aware of transmission problems with my vechile. This has happened with several other models so he say they waiting for inspection now warranty company. That was last week today has'nt heard anything. Asked for courtesy vehicle is not covered in my warranty. It's really frustrating at this point because the service department doesn't care they could have built a whole new truck in all this time. Treat your customers better the communication sucks. More
Slow service. Over 3 weeks to replace a water pump. No loaners so I had to eat 3 weeks of rental car bills. Warranty is giving me $350 to cover 10 days at $35 Over 3 weeks to replace a water pump. No loaners so I had to eat 3 weeks of rental car bills. Warranty is giving me $350 to cover 10 days at $35 per day. The service dude says he tried to get me more but since I didn’t rent a Ford, the request was denied. No one ever told me to rent a particular car. In fact I had an appointment tent to drop my car off and after not hearing anything, I called late the next day to inquire and was told they wouldn’t even look at it until the following week. So why set an appointment to simply park a car in your parking lot? That was almost a week of rental there. There were a couple times the service advisor called me with updates but it was usually me calling to see what the status was. The car is fixed now so at least that part is good. More

Scheduled a oil change and tire plug for 9 a. m. over the weekend. Leland Hollis helped me at the register, was rude, and kept taking jabs at me from bringing my Chevy there even though it's been m. over the weekend. Leland Hollis helped me at the register, was rude, and kept taking jabs at me from bringing my Chevy there even though it's been serviced there before, and I bought my wifes car from there. After waiting for 2 hours, I went to the service desk to get an update on my car. Leland told me that they didn't have my oil filter in stock "because it's a Chevy", and just got back with it, and just finishing with the tire, and should be done shortly. Leland didn't update me about the filter until I had asked. 1 more hour later, my car was finished. Leland told me my total. I asked if he would give me a discount for taking 3 hours to service my vehicle. Leland scoffed and said no, you got an oil change and a tire patch. He barely apologized for the 3 hour inconvenience, and didn't want to use my Ford Pass rewards either. After talking a few minutes, he handed me my invoice, and said "I'll make it fly today". He ended up charging my Ford Pass rewards, and ended up charging more points then anyone else had in the past. It was a horrible experience More
