Took my truck in for a recall on the wiper motor. They broke the wiper cowl and left it loose. They scratched the xxxx out of the fender prying on the wiper cowl with a metal pry bar. We kicked the tires on several vehicles, test driving two. Ultimatley, a late model Ford Escape (Titanium package) checked all the boxes for us during our "educational" appointment. Working with Ricky, Donna, MJ, and the Riverside Ford Of Tulsa family, our daughter is now a very happy and satisfied first-time buyer. Additionally, it was important to me for our daughter to become a Ford owner for multiple reasons including reliability, performance/style, and service after the sale. Purchased a vehicle on 12/2. They asked for a 10 day payoff and 25 days later, they have not paid the trade-in off causing the account to go overdue. When contacted they said they needed more information from the purchased car but had not contacted me regarding this. They have my vehicle (that is selling for $4k more than the trade-in), plus a down payment and I still have the loan to deal with. It was a pleasant experience prior to their failure to pay off the trade-in. More
