ripped me off $5800.00 + still haven't reimburse since July Added extra warranties an other things I didn't want and gave me 9000 for trade in instead of 10000 we agreed on. Have been trying to get this paid back they keep saying yes we will do that and never have and finally cut a check for one of them and they sent it to wrong credit union.. my loan wasn't even through where they sent it. Just getting nothing but run around after run around. The most horrible experience I've ever had to deal with. Won't call back, never there to answer phone calls. I am going to be calling state attorney next to see if they can get this resolved. More
Stay Away! There is no way a receptionist could have done anything to deserve such dehumanizing behavior in public at the hands of the OWNER of the dealership. I have never been so embarrassed for another person in my entire life!! What a horrible experience - at a car dealership of all things! He cannot be much of a businessman nor can he be trustworthy if he feels it is acceptable to treat an employee like an animal with the whole world watching. There are too many other reputable dealerships in the area to deal with such a contemptible business owner as Bob Hurley. More

I went in to purchase a new car and they were quick to let me test drive the car I wanted. They came in with a fairly low price, but not low enough for me to puchase the car. I ended up purchasing from another dealer after a bad experience elsewhere. My needs were very specific and there were only 4 cars in the area that met my needs, two of which were on their lot. They were more than happy to search dealers all around the area to see if they had a car that met my requirements and of course they saw that the second place on my list had a similar to my needs and offered to obtain those and bring them in for my puchase. Bob Hurley Ford is a wonderful dealership and I have purchased from them before and they were the first on my list to shop when I started looking for a new vehicle. Although I didn't purchase this new vehicle from them, I definitely suggest them to friends and family as a must stop place for your new car shopping. More
We just bought a 2011 Ford Explorer from Bob Hurley Ford on 02/12/11. We had the pleasure of working with Kathy Sluiter (Internet Sales Manager). I know that with me being an engineer, I am not always on 02/12/11. We had the pleasure of working with Kathy Sluiter (Internet Sales Manager). I know that with me being an engineer, I am not always the easiest customer to deal with. I had tons of questions about this vehicle, its pricing, options and such. And I ended up taking the vehicle on 2 seperate test drives that day. We didn't end up finishing until 8:30 that night after arriving there at 8:30 in the morning. However, Kathy was very pleasant, patient, very honest and accomodating to all my requests. I never felt at any point that I was being pressured to buy a vehicle. At one point, I didn't feel that I was getting the best price for my trade-in. So, Kathy went talk to the manager on my behalf and got him to nearly double the price of trade-in so that I could take the vehicle home. She also helped in getting me a much lower interest rate than what my credit union could offer. This is my first Ford vehicle. We've always been a Toyota family. Before I went to the Ford dealership, I did a week's worth of research on cars.com, edmunds.com, Youtube.com, etc and visited some other dealerships. I looked at the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Chevy Traverse and Hyundai Santa Fe. In my opinion, all of these vehicles are comparable in some way on price, mileage, and safety features. What sold me on the Ford was how far advanced they were in regards to the technology with their Ford MyTouch and SYNC. I believe that I got a great vehicle at a very reasonable price. I had a very pleasant purchasing experience. I am hoping that the service department, with whom I will work with in the future on the routine maintenances, is as pleasant of an experience as buying this vehicle was. More
