Failed to follow through with verbal agreement. Made a deal over the phone for trade in and purchasing a new mustang. All information concerning my car was given as well as the car they were driving Made a deal over the phone for trade in and purchasing a new mustang. All information concerning my car was given as well as the car they were driving. After driving 3 hours to the dealership and taking it for a test drive, I was going to purchase the car. When discussing payment plans for the small remainder after the down-payment and monthly payments, Cannon and Justin had no idea what they were talking about. They did not even know what the term of the loan was. To make matters worse, they did not even acknowledge my agreement from the phone conversation the night before with them even though it was written down the NIGHT BEFORE and circled the price to pay BEFORE I EVEN GOT THERE. They wanted me to pay 7,000 more than what we agreed on even though my car was the same in person as I had described over the phone. Justin was very unprofessional with how he conducted himself and for a finance "manager", he could not explain how he got the original price the night before. I will never shop at Bob Hurley ever again and I advise to never use these two people for anything. Both are highly unqualified individuals. -Kyle More

Thank you for your honesty and integrity I brought my Ford Escape to Bob Hurley repair center after a local tire dealer had repaired my front struts and my car was not OK. It made a clunking I brought my Ford Escape to Bob Hurley repair center after a local tire dealer had repaired my front struts and my car was not OK. It made a clunking sound when I went over bumps and when turning and had bad vibrations. They found a defective strut and bent rim. Since it was under warranty from the tire place they offered to put it back together so I could have it repaired under warranty at no cost. I was surprised that they were willing to do that and decided to pay them to complete the job. Their integrity and honesty is more valuable to me than anything else. (They tried to get the tire company to give them the part tat was bad since it was under warranty but the tire place said no). More
