Review My only complaint: Absolutely NO ONE acknowledged us after we walked in the door. After about 7 minutes or so, I finally had to ask the receptionist My only complaint: Absolutely NO ONE acknowledged us after we walked in the door. After about 7 minutes or so, I finally had to ask the receptionist for help. I did let her know I was irritated. I must add that we thought our financial person was a little bit pushy. He would not take "no" for an answer on extras. I realize that is his job, but after several of his "warnings" of what "might happen", irritation was starting to set in again. As for Troy, our salesman, he was a perfect match for us. He listened, he learned, and he answered all our questions and concerns. He was not pushy and very friendly. In fact, I had stated, after we had purchased the car, and he was showing us all the workings, I had mentioned I didn't like the horn honking all the time. After several minutes of showing us all the apps, etc, he remembered what I had said about the "honking" and made sure that could/could not be changed. Very impressive. Troy has also answered all post purchase questions we have had. You have a winner in Troy! We do give a five star rating because we feel (irritation aside) your dealership deserves it. More
As easy and as quick as grocery shopping Cole(sales), Justin(manager) and Troy(finance) made this the easiest and quickest automotive transaction that my wife and I have ever had. A total of Cole(sales), Justin(manager) and Troy(finance) made this the easiest and quickest automotive transaction that my wife and I have ever had. A total of 3 minutes on the phone(2 calls), and only 1 hour and 21 minutes at the dealership and we were headed back to BA in our new truck!! Wow! I think that's a new record.
