The Performance Center Manager Jeff Leslie was great in helping me with all if my updates installed on my new F-250. Once he got me rollin Asma Whitekiller in the service Dept. did an awesome job with everything. Both Jeff and Asma took time to update me throughout the installation of all upgrades.. Poor Customer Service We got our car Jan. 10th. The dealership didn't get the loan papers to the credit union by the time our paper tag expired. They issued us a new pape We got our car Jan. 10th. The dealership didn't get the loan papers to the credit union by the time our paper tag expired. They issued us a new paper tag dated Jan. 31st which for some reason raised our interest rate about a quarter of a point, resulting in further signed paperwork. That tag expired as well, as the paperwork still didn't reach the credit union. They issued us yet a 3rd paper tag. My first payment was due March 17th, and since they still hadn't sent the paperwork to the credit union. Now my first payment is late! I am demanding that they pay my tax, tag, 1st payment and give us an apology. The dealership will NOT return my phone calls! I am registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would NOT recommend them and will tell all my friends on social media. More

There were several things that impressed us with the overall experience. We received a prompt callback after filling in the contact form on the dealer website to arrange an appointment. Of all the sales people who we spoke to at other dealerships, Carolyn was by far the most responsive and supportive in helping us find a car we liked. When we showed up to the lot, she had already made a roster of several cars that fit our needs based on our initial phone conversation. After looking at them, we actually wound up buying the first one she showed us. There were a few minor items that needed to be taken care of before we took delivery of the vehicle and between Carolyn and the service manager, they had us in and out within a day. We were very happy with the process as whole, and based on our experience I would recommend Bob Hurley to any of my friends or family. More
