Receive notice this week that the parts were in. So I scheduled my vehicle for this morning at 7:30 to have the recall completed after talking to the service information line to get everything scheduled. I arrived this morning to drop off my Bronco. Was advised by the service adviser that this could take 1 to 4 days. Is that is how far they were out on recalls I said no problem, I'll just take a loaner. You can call me when it's done I was then advised that they did not handle loaners that that was the service center out of Dallas, I advised that I spoke to them last week and everything was supposed to be ready, he said, well, I don't have any loaners and basically said here. I'll open the door for you did not offer a shuttle or ride or any alternative.. I then called the service center back to reschedule for next Tuesday at 7:30. Because I work night shifts and that is most convenient for me. I was then advised by the service team that Riverside Ford had told them not to schedule any loaners. So I said, I have a $69000 Bronco with a drivability issue that I cannot get service because I only have one vehicle. I'm not rich. I work for a living. And that's just an option for me. She then reiterated that this was what they were told to advise.I then ask if that was all Ford dealerships or just Riverside.She said we just work for Riverside.I said okay hung up the phone. I then called a manager at riverside to Express my concerns. And was told if I needed to go to another dealership to get it done. And that's what I needed to do so I then called bill night Ford in Tulsa and scheduled for the following Tuesday was offered a vehicle and was told that a 1 day inspection and if they could. Fix it that day or if it met specs.I would get it right back.If not, they would order the parts and I would bring my vehicle back.Super simple straightforward and friendly. I originally purchase my vehicle from Riverside Ford. Because I hear Randy Pierce and all their commercials talking about how they're a Different breed of dealership. How they are different from everywhere else. Come give us a try, see what it's like your family when you buy here. Well, this has not been my experience. $69000 for a Ford. Bronco may not be much money to some people, but it is a lot to me. And I would think that the service would be a little bit better than what I have experienced. More

They did not fix what it was taken in for, check engine light. Apparently the previous repairs they did not do otherwise it wouldn't have been back and they had to repair them again, costing additional mo light. Then lent a loaner vehicle, which it went home and back and 1 doctor appointment, they now say they truck is damaged, it wasn't, matter of fact, it had trash inside when they lent it! They are super shady, it wasn't this way 3 years ago. The new leadership or something is very unethical. Do not use these guys for service, its bad and unacceptable. More
