Great Experience I want to take a minute to talk about my experience at Riverside Ford. I found exactly the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for. I talked mostly to Joyce, who was very personable and accomadating. Her approch was quite relaxed and I didn't feel any pressure while I was there. They let me look at my leisure and test drive the Jeep twice. I came back a second time, after I had made up my mind that this was the right vehicle. Let me say, after driving the vehicle for four months now, that it was a great buy. No surprises -- the Jeep runs like a clock. Joyce stayed late for me, on a Friday night and even bought a tank of gas after the sale. I did my homework before I went in so I knew the fair market value of what I was buying. I got what I paid for and I am VERY happy with my purchase. Thank you, Joyce, for a great experience while shopping for my very much wanted Wrangler. My new Ranger I had a few specific things I wanted on the Ranger. Having spoken to the salesman he called to say they had exactly what I wanted so I went in to get I had a few specific things I wanted on the Ranger. Having spoken to the salesman he called to say they had exactly what I wanted so I went in to get things in motion. After completing the deal I find out that the truck is not on the lot but was on the way. Finished all the paperwork only to find out it would not be there that day (Monday) So I have to ask for a loaner as I had traded in my car. The salesman had to rush about to find something for me to drive home. The next day I find out it may be Wednesday before the truck is delivered from somewhere local. It can only be 150 miles away as that is what they put on the vehicle mileage declaration. It seems that will be Friday now before the truck gets to the lot. They were quick to get a truck to the lot to get me in to look at one but it was too much off from what I wanted. Now they have my trade and my cash they seem in no hurry to get mine delivered. More

Service I took my F250, which I purchased at Riverside Ford for it's 10,000 mile service. They had emailed me a coupon for this service. The email rolled off I took my F250, which I purchased at Riverside Ford for it's 10,000 mile service. They had emailed me a coupon for this service. The email rolled off my phone, but they accepted my word that I had a coupon. I had a co-worker resend to email form my work computer so it would show on my phone. When service was complete I noticed that the tire rotation was not checked off. I asked about it and was told that they just gave me the oil change. I showed the coupon to the service writer and he had the mechanics pull the truck back in the bay to rotate the tires. I left off 1 star because I feel that the service writer should know what's on a 10,000 mile service and there was a huge greasy hand print on my truck cap window. NICE More

Tasha greeted us promptly and had with Antonio within 5 minutes of our arrival. Antonio was super during the process. He really put forth the effort make us comfortable and informed throughout the evening. Your finance team was just as helpful. We visited and talked a bit as they got started. They kept us informed and got us the best deal possible for our financing. During the final steps the agent worked with us and made sure we understood everything and even made sure we did the right thing. What a great experience yesterday.
