I work in New Bern, and on the way home from work I saw a vehicle that caught my eye. It was a 1993 Mustang GT, which was used but in great condition for its age. I couldn't stop by that day but the following day I went in a talked with Richie about it, and took a test drive. I really liked the Ford, which is kinda odd cause I am also a hardcore GM guy. Well after sitting down with Richie and discussing the mustang, and several prices I left to think about it and talk it over with my future wife. Richie was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and car business and answered every question I could think of. He was not overly pushy, as some are, he didn't call me numerous times that weekend, as some dealers do, so that really meant alot. Their is nothing I hate worse than going to dealerships( not experienced at Riverside) and soon as you pull on the lot, you are inundated by salesman, without the time to just look without being harassed. I refuse to deal with that, and if I am seriuos about something I will let you know. I never felt any of that at Riverside. Anyways about two days later I returned to "haggle" on the price of the car once again. Also again Richie worked with me and his boss to get down to the lowest price they could sell the car for. Well, I didn't purchase the car that day, but returned again the next day with a check. I called Richie and told him that I was on the way with a check to buy the Mustang. When I arrived he jumped right on the paperwork and even offered to buy me a drink with his own money. After signing the papers he told me that he would be right back, he personally filled the car up with gas and to my surprise had gotten the detailers to wax and clean the almost classic mustang, which I am very peculiar about having spotless cars, and it met my standards which are hard to reach, trust me. I really enjoyed talking with him about cars and other non car related guy stuff as well. He was always courteous and I feel he went out of his way to satisfy me and other customers. He never tried to steer me in the wrong direction, as I have had other dealers do in the past, and was great to work with. The price for the vehicle was acceptable for the year and condition its in, and was cheaper than driving to another state to find the same type of vehicle since its a 1993. In the end I am deeply pleased with my new classic car and can't stop smiling when I am driving it. I am really glad I decided to get it, and I am pleased with the level of customer service Richie provided and wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again! So if you don't want to be mobbed by salesmen, hounded on the phone several times a day, and want a good salesman to work with, go on down and see Richie, he will take care of you. More

This was the third vehicle in less than a month that was purchased in the same household. Had no problem with the first two. Great working with the sales department. Will was very enjoyable to work with - not a high powered salesman or a fast talker - just told you what you needed to know and tried to help us find the right car to fit our needs. We had some issues after we bought the car and we hit a brick wall when dealing with other people in the dealership to try to get the issues resolved, but when Will came back on duty, he got all things resolved very quickly.
