Riverside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT

I want to say the Alan and all the behind the scenes guys at Riverside were awesome! I went Monday and picked my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited...which happened to be inside on the showroom floor. Even with me offering to test drive another color with the same options they insisted that bringing it outside was no problem. I test drove the vehicle but couldn't sign until today when my husband was in town. They held the Jeep until today for a small fee (a check they didn't deposit). That day took about 15-20 minutes. My husband and I went back today and probably spent 30 on the deal. We had a residency/DL problem and guess what they did? They slapped dealer tags on it and we are going to transfer my husbands DL to NC tomorrow (got an apt). These guys were amazing. Less than an hour and I am driving my favorite car ever...my 3rd Jeep! More

Engine light came on the vehicle that we purchased 13 days so I called and talk to Christine in service. She worked with me to get it in as soon as possible. After looking all day at used Ford F-250's and F-350's, my wife and I decided to visit this dealership and look at Ram 2500's or 3500's. Needless to say, we walked out of there with a new (used) F-350's, my wife and I decided to visit this dealership and look at Ram 2500's or 3500's. Needless to say, we walked out of there with a new (used) Ram 2500 HD. When we arrived, there was not pressure from a salesman as we exited our vehicle. In fact, I had to find one which was different. To our advantage, Richie was the sales associate that helped us. We explained what we were looking for, and he right away showed us two vehicles. We ended up not going with the first one due to an honest mistake, but the GM and Richie worked with us and we were able to get what we wanted for a great price. Being that it was the end of the day on a Saturday, RIchie and the whole staff made the process run smooth and we left reassured that if there were any concerns we could bring it to them and they would make it right. This is a totally different experience from the last Dodge dealership I purchased a vehicle from in FL ( I will never go back to that dealership). I would recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. In the near future, we will return to get a RAM for my wife. More
