We settled on a Jeep Grand Cherokee that only needed leather seats and seat warmers added. This was taken car of efficiently even as we kept them late on a Saturday night. I love dealing with Riverside, sales and their service department. I like the fact that's they pride themselves on offering a fair deal right from the start and you don't have to go through hours of hagg department. Tim was great to work with, I hope he stays around, not happy that within approximately 1 years time could not work the same sales person, but realizing times are what they are people move on. Tim was very accommodating an very honest; when he didn't know something he would tell you he didn't know then find out. Because of my schedule I could not do a comprehensive "walk through" of the vehicle an Tim is making himself available on another day to do this. I have recommended Riverside this past year to someone who bought from them an had the same experience. I will continue to recommend this dealership and will be more than happy to recommend Tim. When i first wrote this review i thought i had a great experience buying a used car from Riverside. Unhappy customer….After a week of having the car, the car started having problems in the steering. took experience buying a used car from Riverside. Was not covered under the warranty. After my husband talked to them multiple times they agreed to pay for parts but he had to replace it himself….not his job! Wishing i never bought this car. More

My family and I had been looking for a new vehicle, but unfortunately after looking and working with the sales and finance team extensively, we were not able to settle on a number within the budget.
