Update to my initial review: I need to downgrade workmanship to 3-star. Let me tell you why. After service was completed and during the next few days, I started noticing an unexplained popping noises whenever coming to a stop or starting forward/reverse motion from a stop. As it turned out, after my initial maintenance visit which included a tire rotation, the wheels were not tighten properly to spec. It was so loose, my ten year old girl was able to remove the lug nuts without much effort. Took my car to a tire shop and had them torque it to spec and problem was solved. I'm assuming the tires were mounted and hand tighten while on the lift and was inadvertently forgotten to be tightened and torque to spec once on the ground. Luckily, my experience did not end badly. This could have been a disastrous result had my tire come off during high speed travel.
