We have NEVER received the kind of service from a dealership that we were dealt by Riverside GMC in south Pittsburg, TN. On a scale of 1-10, there's was a 20! Broken down on a cross country tri dealership that we were dealt by Riverside GMC in south Pittsburg, TN. On a scale of 1-10, there's was a 20! Broken down on a cross country trip, our transmission died. We arrived on a Saturday and they allowed us to stay in our camp trailer on they're back lot. They found a transmission (on a weekend) and it was delivered on Tuesday. KELLY BRUNI and CHRIS (service tech) kept us informed constantly. CHRIS had the dead transmission out, and was ready for the install as soon as it arrived. In the mean time CHRIS spotted a leak in the radiator, and found a local replacement and installed it before the transmission arrived.We were back on the road Tuesday afternoon!
